How to find us
We are conveniently located in the pedestrian area between Lonsdale Quay Market and the Seabus in North Vancouver.
If you are using Google Maps please note it is inaccurate and will only bring you to the turning circle at the Sea Bus. There is no parking here. If you are on foot however simply continue past the Sea Bus entrance and our glass atrium doors are a little further down. Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
If you are coming from Lonsdale Quay, exit the Quay on the water side facing south (you will see downtown Vancouver across the water), turn right and walk toward the Sea Bus, our glass atrium doors are on the left between just after Dex Burgers/Vinam Vietnamese Cuisine. Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and turn left.
After hours and weekend access:
Please note the ground floor doors and 3rd floor external doors directly outside our suite are locked at 6pm
Please use the intercom situated on the ground floor west facing doorway.
You must be admitted by a staff member via the intercom for the elevators to work. If you gain access to the atrium without using the intercom, the elevators will remain inactive. This is to provide security to other offices in the building.
Parking
Please note there is a lot of construction in the lower Lonsdale area at present so please leave a little extra time to find parking before your appointment.
Lonsdale Quay Market has increased the parking charges in their underground carpark. Please note pricing has been changing frequently.
Drive to the bottom of Chesterfield Ave, cross the railway tracks and turn left into Carrie Cates Court. You will pass an Impark car park on your right, then the ICBC car park, then you will find the Lonsdale Quay Market car park. Please be aware it may be busy at lunchtimes.
If you park before 8.30am please note the doors up to the Quay will be closed as will the Market elevator (green). The Lonsdale Quay Hotel elevator (brown) will be open. You need to exit the elevator and walk around the outside of the Quay towards the water, then continue towards the Seabus. Our glass atrium doors are on the water side next to Dex Burgers/Vinam Vietnamese Cuisine.
Alternatively you can take the elevator up to the 3rd floor (you will then be in the Lonsdale Quay Hotel) and exit the doors on the far side of the Mezzanine. Walk towards the water and you will find yourself right directly outside our 3rd floor offices.
ICBC no longer offers free parking after 6pm or on weekends.. If you go the the far end of P1, there are 20 visitors spots for public pay parking at all times. If you take the elevators up to the Main level and walk towards the water, you will find yourself directly outside our 3rd floor offices.
There is free 1 hour parking on Lonsdale and Esplanade between 9am and 6pm. Outside these hours there is no time limit on parking.
From Downtown
The Seabus leaves every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening.
Simply exit the Seabus on the North Shore, turn right and our glass atrium doors are a few steps along.

Payment
Currently we are accepting Debit, Credit cards, cash and e-transfers. Sorry we do not accept Amex.
Kindly give 24 hours notice of any cancellations to avoid a full fee being charged.
Osteopathic treatment is covered by most major insurance companies. Please check your policy plan to see if osteopathy is included.
